This fault occurs when the policy manager on the affected object fails to activate a prefix entry due to either a hardware or software programming failure

Recommended Action:
To recover from this fault, try the following actions

1. Verify Policy CAM usage on the Operations Capacity Dashboard
2. Remove unused contracts and filters applied to EPGs
3. Collect an on-demand techsupport which includes the leaf switches
   described in the affected object and contact TAC
