This fault occurs when the operational state of the ip inspect protocol subfeature is changed to due to either cfg-err or bd-vlan-down reasons

Recommended Action:
To recover from this fault, try the following actions

  1. For cfg-err fault remove the ipisnpect feature config and add it back
  2. For bd-vlan-down check if the operational state of the vlan corresponding to BD is up in the vlan manager database on the leaf
