Fault fltInfraWiNodeHealth

Rule ID:321

Explanation:
This fault occurs when a controller reports the distributed internal database (data layer) of the controller cluster is not fully functional.

Recommended Action:
If you see this fault, take the following actions:

  1. Check cluster connectivity. All controllers need to be listed and reported as available.
  2. Ensure that the cluster configuration is stable. Make note of any any frequent and brief interruptions of cluster availability or prolonged unavailability.
  3. If any controllers are missing from the cluster, check if those controllers are accessible via other means like ssh.
  4. Check for other faults related to cluster health and availability
  5. Check that all services are up and running on all controllers. You can look for faults with code F1419.
  6. Check for any process crashes and cores.
  7. If there are core files, collect them for Cisco TAC.
  8. If the above actions did not resolve the issue, create a tech-support file and contact Cisco TAC.
