This fault occurs when under a given l3extLNodeP either one of following conditions is present: - there is a node deployment configuration but there is no path deployment configuration for that node; - there is a path deployment configuration but there is no node deployment configuration for the node where path is.

Recommended Action:
If you see this fault, take the following actions:

1. Ensure that for every RsNodeL3OutAtt there is at least an RsPathL3OutAtt
2. Ensure that for every RsPathL3OutAtt there is a corresponding an RsNodeL3OutAtt configured
