This fault occurs when the operational state of the RA Guard fhs feature is changed to due to cfg-err or bd-vlan-down reasons on the leaf

Recommended Action:
To recover from this fault, try the following actions

1. For cfg-err fault remove the RA Guard config and add it back on the epg
2. For bd-vlan-down check if the operational state of the vlan corresponding to BD is up in the vlan manager database on the leaf
