This fault occurs when latency feature is inactive.

Recommended Action:
To recover from this fault, try the following actions


  1. If the fault occurred because of PTP being disabled, enable PTP mode for latency to work.
  2. If the fault occurred because of PTP not supported, latency is not supported on this switch.
  3. If the fault occurred because of PTP bad correction, check if the PTP correction recovers in a few seconds. If it didnot resolve the issue, generate the show tech-support file and contact Cisco TAC.
