This fault is raised when ACI controller failed to find the DVS that the VM KNIC is attached to.

Recommended Action:
If you see this fault, take the following actions:

1. Check in VCenter about the DVS that the VMK NIC is attaching to and clear the DVS if it is invalid.
2. If the above actions did not resolve the issue, collect tech-support file and contact Cisco TAC.
