This fault occurs when under a given hsrpSecVip VIP doesn't match subnet of the interface: - there is a SecVip configuration but there is no path configuration with subnet matching the Secondary Group VIP;

If you see this fault, take the following actions:

1. Ensure that for every HsrpSecVip there is at least a subnet matching in RsPathL3OutAtt or Ip
