Explanation:
This fault occurs when qos manager fails to activate a class due to hardware programming failure

Recommended Action:
To recover from this fault, try the following actions


  1. Look at any configuration issues
  2. Verify the configuration is correct/complete
  3. Delete the qos class and add it back
  4. If the above actions did not resolve the issue, try rebooting the switch using CLI or GUI.
  5. If the above actions did not resolve the issue, generate the show tech-support file and contact Cisco TAC.
