Explanation:
This fault occurs when a software upgrade fails on a fabric node.

Recommended Action:
If you see this fault, take the following actions:


  1. Check the target firmware/software release notes whether the node hardware is supported by the particular release.
  2. Reboot the fabric node and retry the software installation using a policy upgrade.
  3. Reboot the fabric node and retry the software installation using the command line interface.
  4. If above actions did not resolve the issue, create a show tech-support file and contact Cisco TAC.
