This fault occurs when a controller is recognized as incompatible.

Recommended Action:
If you see this fault, take the following actions:


  1. The message included with the fault will also include a reason that the controller is recognized as incompatible. Investigate the reason and correct it.
  2. This issue is mostly seen when controllers in a cluster are running different versions of firmware. Use the command acidiag version to find the APIC version.
  3. If the above action did not resolve the issue, create a tech-support file and contact Cisco TAC.
