Explanation:
This fault is raised when both the opflex channels for the host are down.

Recommended Action:
If you see this fault, take the following actions:

  1. Do vem restart on AVS Host.
  2. If the above command doesn't fix, check the vnics and portgroups on the vcenter.
  3. Check the AEP configuration on the APIC.
  4. Check the ipaddress for vmk interfaces on AVS Host and try pinging leaf.
  5. If the above actions did not resolve the issue, collect avs-tech-support file and contact Cisco TAC.
