Explanation:
This fault is raised when there are Node Identity or Secondary Subnet issues

Recommended Action:
If you see this fault, take the following actions:

1. For "Primary dhcpServer not configured" - Configure the Node Identity policy for node configured as primary dhcp server
2. For "Secondary dhcpServer not configured" - Configure the Node Identity policy for node configured as secondary dhcp server
3. For "Secondary subnet not configured" - Configure AssociatedSetupP for the virtual pod
4. If the above actions did not resolve the issue, collect a tech-support file and contact Cisco TAC.
