Explanation:
This fault is raised when both the opflex channels have not received HBs for the specified AVE Timeout duration.

Recommended Action:
If you see this fault, take the following actions:


  1. Do vem restart on AVE.
  2. If the above command doesn't fix, check the vnics and portgroups on the vcenter.
  3. Check the AEP configuration on the APIC.
  4. Check the ipaddress for kni interfaces on AVE and try pinging leaf.
  5. If the above actions did not resolve the issue, collect avs-tech-support file and contact Cisco TAC.
