Explanation:
This fault occurs when cloud provider for a tenant information is not correct. For example, provider crendentials can be incorrect or for trusted tenants, trust relationship with the infra provider(account) has not been established.

Recommended Action:
If you see this fault, take the following actions:


  1. Please check the fault message and give correct provider credentials if it is untrusted tenant.
  2. For trusted tenants, check the tenant's hcloudAccountOper fault that has the details for creating a trusted role in the tenant account.
  3. If fault still has not cleared, please contact Cisco TAC.
