Explanation:
This fault is raised when a DNS Profile (dns:Profile) fails to apply due to configuration issues.

Recommended Action:
If you see this fault, take the following actions:

1. For provider-limit-exceeded: If the total of DNS Providers exceeds 2, APIC will not be able to use any DNS providers after the first 2. Make sure the first 2 DNS providers you provide are able to resolve all/most addresses you would need.
2. If the above actions did not resolve the issue, collect tech-support file and contact Cisco TAC.
