Recommended Action:
If you see this fault, take the following actions:

1. Verify destination information is correct.
2. Ensure it is reachable (ping/ssh) from the fabric and DNS entries have been configured correctly.
3. You may remove and reconfigure the callhome destination.
4. Disable RFC compliant option if enabled.
5. If the above action did not resolve the issue, contact Cisco TAC.
