Explanation:
This fault is raised when the DHCP server running on vtor state changes from normal

Recommended Action:
If you see this fault, take the following actions:


  1. Make sure this vtor is able to connect to its partner vtor
  2. Check if the partner vtor is up
  3. Ping the infra ip of its partner to check the connection
  4. Do a stateful reload of both vtors in HA
  5. If the above actions did not resolve the issue, collect a tech-support file and contact Cisco TAC.
