PEP PubSub Example

An example demonstrating how to use CAXL's Client, PubSubController and PubSubNode classes to subscribe to and receive items from a forum

This example automatically performs a number of actions in the page onReady event:

The example also demonstrates (based on user actions like button clicks) additional PubSub functionality available within CAXL:

Connecting as username and password to a binding URL
NOTE: the Simple Client Connection example is the best source for connection information.
Creating a new node.
Subscribing to a node.
Unsubscribing from a node.
Registering for the jabberwerx.PubSubNode pubsubItemsChanged event to retrieve items that have been published to the forum.

Instructions for using this example:

Click the "Connect" button to connect the client to the server.
Change activity in User Activity dropdown.
Any items that are changed will get published under Activity Items area of this page.
