indicates that the state is not supported in this device.
For example, this could be used when a particular blade does not have a voltage sensor,
and other blades do have that voltage sensor. In that case, we display "N/A"
because there is no such sensor hence it is not applicable.
This should not be confused with unsupported equipment in a particular configuration.
