This fault is raised when there is an issue with respect to the OpFlex device

Recommended Action:
If you see this fault, take the following actions:


  1. Check the AEP configuration on the domain attached to this device. Make sure there are valid interfaces.
  2. Check for any issues with the Port Channel/ VPC.
  3. Check connectivity to the OpFlex device.
  4. To restore, delete and re-add the OpFlex device.
  5. Try restarting the device.
  6. If the above actions did not resolve the issue, collect tech-support file and contact Cisco TAC.
