Explanation:
This fault occurs when the
operational state of the ipv6 address state is changed
to subnet-overlap/no primary/addr already confgd as
next hop in a static route/interface address count limit
exceeded.
This can also happen if BD is not getting programmed in the node/switch when number of vlan address space in the node/switch is exceeded
