Blitz handler commands

These commands handle operations pertaining to autogenerated Blitz snippets.

• test_section - Add a new Blitz test section

• list - Print autogenerated Blitz snippets

• remove - Delete autogenerated Blitz snippets

• save - Save autogenerated Blitz snippets into a testcase file
